By using this modpack, you agree to the following:

  1. The modpack has been designed to be compatible with the rules of most public third-party servers. However, it is your responsibility to ensure its compatibility before use. The modpack author, mod developers, and Mojang provide no warranties for its usage. All actions taken with this modpack are at your own risk.

  2. This modpack disables the third-party server disclaimer. By using multiplayer functions, you agree to the following:

    Caution: Online play is facilitated by third-party servers not owned, operated, or supervised by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. During online play, you may encounter unmoderated chat messages or user-generated content that may not be suitable for everyone.

    The "social interactions" screen can be accessed by pressing key P in-game or through the Player Reporting button in the pause menu.

  3. On servers where chat signing is optional, this modpack opts out to align with the server's intentions. An indicator icon is added to inform players of the signing status on the server (support for Mojang's chat safety features).

  4. This modpack includes e4mc, enabling users to allow friends to connect to their world over the internet without additional software or mods on the friend's side.

    • Activation is through the standard LAN world opening method, allowing connections via LAN and the internet.

    • A proxy server generates a randomized "IP" (subdomain) for player connections, ensuring the host's IP address remains private and changes with each use.

    • LAN and internet sharing are disabled automatically upon the host disconnecting or manually by the host during the session.

  5. For privacy and user familiarity, this modpack disables Mojang's analytics collection, individual mod update checkers, cosmetic donor features, and other potentially intrusive network services. Users can enable these features via respective configurations.

  6. Fabulously Optimized does not host or endorse purchasing capes or other cosmetics. Users are encouraged to prefer free cosmetics while retaining options to use previously obtained paid cosmetics from select providers.

  7. You may fork or remix this pack under its license. However, you may not use the "Fabulously Optimized" name or logo to represent your fork, though you may mention its origin.
